Meet Sarah!Meet Sarah, a busy professional who struggles to balance her health with her daily schedule. She often forgets to drink enough water, doesn’t track her steps, and finds it overwhelming to manage different health apps for sleep, fitness, and nutrition.

Process (Highlight project stages)I started with research, interviews, defining problem, site map, user flow, then sketched ideas in low-fidelity wireframes, gradually refining them into mid- and high-fidelity prototypes. Each step focused on simplicity, accessibility, and helping users stay motivated.

Defining the ProblemThrough interviews and personas, I found a common pain point: health apps today try to do everything but end up being complicated and hard to stick with. People want one simple place to track their health habits without losing motivation

Solution

Goal
That’s where FitTrack comes in. I designed this app to bring everything into one place — steps, calories, water intake, and sleep — with a clean, intuitive interface.

Create an app that integrates workout and nutrition tracking seamlessly. Add personalized features like reminders, progress tracking, and fitness challenges.
Simplify the user interface to cater to beginners while keeping advanced features optional

Site Map
I created a sitemap that prioritized onboarding, profile setup, goals, exercise, meal tracking, and connection with others.
